As for Mobilise This, it's hidden unless unlocked and a nice souvenir for MA fans, methinks, so it's probably fine. Do you know which achievements have been removed?
Also added some Mining/Smithing ones.

Mostly event quests - They had an achievement associated, which was removed as soon as the event was gone, which was fairly remarkable when your recent achievements suddenly had a gap (if you haven't done 4 more after the quest and before it's removal). But they also got rid of the burthope achievements when they removed the troll warzone - even though some of them still were doable (the recently added herblore achievements were old burthope ones btw - likely the reason why they were already completed for some of us). Lumbridge also got an handful of beginner achievements removed at some point.
Basically I just think that this achievement shouldn't exist in its current form as the achievement system was built around 100 % completability (thus why those other achievements are getting removed after their activity is gone) - and since removing sucks I just would suggest altering the requirements, still remain fitting to the achievement (since everyone who did the old one has automatically fulfilled the requirement for the new one) making it available again (as well as granting newer players yet another goal to aim for, it's still good enough for a 15 or 20 score cheevo after all). Otherwise there are so many tons of other discontinued stuffs which also should have a feat then to remain fair to be honest. Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2
