Agreed.

It seems like the ppl asking for more color variant rares are forgetting why this one was made.

Its because of the 20th anniversary so considering they dont seem to celebrate annual anniversaries on rs3, barring the 19th-20th, its probably safe to assume next year we wont be getting another variant of phat or anything else.

Also considering they havent announced any 21st anniversary, rightfully so considering we just had a year long one, its proof that rs3 doesnt do annual anniversaries.

I'd have to think about it but I could sell some for that price, up to 50 or so but I would keep the rest.
The action or process of causing so much damage to something that it no longer exists or cannot be repaired.

I think that would be a bit overwhelming... The GPH was a good way to celebrate the 20th anniversary :) However if the they would release a new Phat for every upcoming year it would just lose its charm, but that's just my opinion.

As for the santas. I think a Blue color would be a little more fancier, but again my opinion only :D

I agree with the sentiment that the golden phats are much more special than any of the xmas Rares simply due to the fact it cannot be re-released in its current form since it was made specifically to commemorate the 20th anniversary. This is the first tradable phat released in 20 years and they know the importance of upholding the image of phats. All the xmas Rares are second or third generation iterations of recently released items while the phat is unlikely to see another iteration released at least for 5 years.

Just remember how absurd it was to think to own a phat before they released the golden. This is your chance to be someone holding onto Runescape neohistory. Woah... just take it easy man
