The average peasant Rs player will never be able to afford a real phat but these golden knock offs is like any other real life knock off. Its kind of like when you drive by in a lambo and you see someone waiting for a bus wearing all Gucci. You know its fake but maybe to them it makes them feel a little more special and that's what its all about.

If these hats make the average player feel a little better about themselves then they are a good thing for the game.

More like that expensive car you were saving up for, but after a test drive you find out there's nothing really special about it so you lose interest to buy one.

You need to re-read what I posted. I said this is a good thing and will help players feel special and better about themselves. Just because I am un godly rich successful and good looking in no way means I'm better than some poor peasant picking flax out in the field.
