I didnt play during certain events yet you see how against this i am as i understand their true value.

Everyone has equal chance and theres going to be times you just cant have everything you want.

Also, osrs only can do so due to the fact it passed a poll which it has failed to do so twice on rs3.

except it didn't fail in rs3. lol it passed and they ignored it. and the only value old holiday items hold is sentimental value. i have old rewards too as far back as 08 but i could care less if everyone could get them again. it's literally not that big of a deal. but to each their own. maybe one day they'll do it. i mean they did bring back the snow globe and the tinsel snake one year so slowly but surely i can see it happening, whether you like it or not.

I'm pretty sure the new scythe and holly variant is going to be non-discontinued judging from how they handled GSH.

Yes just like how it seems to have been "ignored" that the backlash from the poll is what caused it to "fail".

No one like the poll in general and it was pretty much rigged by alts to make it pass thus when ppl took to reddit and whatnot to voice their disapproval, jagex changed their minds.

Also, just because you dont care if items get devalued, doesnt mean the whole community feels the same.

Case in point, the polls in qiestion.

it isn't devalued though. the only thing they hold is sentimental value i've already stated this. they don't have any value beyond that. it's time to stop living in an era where we think holiday items should be exclusive to that certain year it came out. no other game i know or play does that. they bring back old rewards. maybe not the next year but eventually you see the same rewards again. it's really not that big of a deal.

Yes they are bringing back old items, but so far beyond the times they did so for ice ammy and globe, they havent been any physical items all just overrides and whatnot.

So that whole argument barely holds any water as is.

Who knows, after the times they did bring back the 2 items mentioned they saw the error of their ways ans scrapped the whole idea.
