Im sitting of 58 of them :) im up all night trying to convince everyone, even the Jmods :D

If you are worried about an item returning, keep any eye out for massive sells, I have noticed in on a few tokens the price will crash 30-40% because of the massive dumping which comes before the announcement is made. sometimes it's a few weeks before the release other times a day before, someone always knows info gets leaked. It might not happen with every item because players that have access to insider information might not have the item hoarded.

No one knows what Jagex will add or bring anything back. Just scaremongering and manipulating. It's surprising how a few people spewing out gossip can effect prices. Never beleive what you hear or read thats on 3rd party sites.

yea ofc they did, thats why mod kayala made a post saying at the time of her post bsh, hw, and scythe were 100% not discontinued and anything could happen to them later on she couldn't say though because it wouldn't be up to her on what decision was made.


good try tho. Don't trust any pc's listed, any advice or talks between posts on ID forums anymore , the Manips are let loose, especially the main one with 15+ accounts posting acting as different people.. do your own research

Wanted to post just to add my agreement on everything the OP said. Transparency is good!

Reminds me of Magic the Gathering "Reserved List" where Wizards of the Coast promised their players certain cards would never be reprinted after uproar following a reprint.

I also wanna agree with Theos' point that Jagex needs to listen to Reddit less. I've been on Reddit 14 years almost 200k combined karma and I'll be first to admit the place is an echo chamber. Reddit is amazing for suppressing unpopular opinions and amplifying loud and active minorities.

Finally, personal opinion, disagree if you think it's hyperbole, but I see the original RS rares as like a piece of gaming history. I've been fascinated by them since I was a kid growing up with this game. I will never ever have a party hat, but that's fine, I don't want one if that means killing their rarity, collectability and significance.
