They should maybe do something, like what Skyrim does for example.
If you travel to a city, you can see the city from the outside walls, but once you enter the walls, you are pretty much in an instance. The city area inside is actually different and much bigger than when you viewed it from the outside. It is to make the city feel bigger than it already is.
Jagex should do something like this.
Pretty much every city rs RS is surrounded by walls. Let us focus on these certain cities, Varrock, Falador, Ardounge, Yanille, etc.
Take these cities, and seal up the walls.
Now when a player enters the city itself, or even teleports in, they are in the instance of the city shared by other players in the same world obviously, or they can even have an option where multiple worlds are sharing the same instance. So a player in Varrock in world 2 can see a player in Varrock who is in world 1.
So now with these instanced cities, you have a much bigger room to create the city and make it look realistic. Add houses here and there, add residences, add people, children, shops, etc. Varrock is supposed to be a city where there are lots of shops, a busy city with a lot of people...
Doesn't seem like it at all.
This is a dying game. Everything about it is just gaining XP and levels for a stupid cape, it's not about the unlocks. The skills are broken, combat system is dull and repetitive. And the MTX...lol.
