All skills 120 in RS future

Very good point u make imo. However, with so many people now having all virtuals 120s maybe they will do with all skills sometime in the future. They need to figure out combat first though imo.

but the rate is speeding up with each 120. but it does show 120s coming out

You only need 99 in all skills for the Max Cape.
It's the Completionist Cape that requires 120.
most likely be a third cape "120 max cape" or "true master max cape" or something along those lines
