No support for the moment. The reason why I say this is because Jagex doesn't have current content balanced properly yet. Furthermore, even with xp promotions and the like it still takes the average player a long time to achieve high levels. Besides, a game should not be so focused on the grind. I understand that Runescape is all about the grind, but that should not take away from other aspects of the game.
I may not have stats that qualify me for "high lvl" status, but at least I can see that there are problems that must be addressed now. I do not want Jagex to release content for anything past level 99 until they resolve outstanding issues.
So much content is underutilized and quite a few stats aren't very useful. So what if you have 99 in smithing? You can't produce high grade equipment. You can only fix degrading stuff better and more cheaply than someone without 99. Got 99 divination? Big deal. That skill is on its own and does not contribute much to the game's experience right now. I could have level 1 divination and still get away with playing through a lot of RS content.
Honestly, I would support your thread if skill reworks, content re-balancing, and upgrades to the game engine already came out. Then I would consider expanding beyond 99.
