These other noobs dont even need to do this f*ckign CW they can do with thalers! and there is enough ppl playing at spotlight.....If you guys gonna remove some minigames req´s f*cking pay that membership money back also why the f*ck i did waste my f*cking time you stupid idiots...
they cry because they are bad and lazy AF to do these req´s. Atm there is normally only 23-30k players online only.... one bigger shitty update you will stay in 15-20k its dead game pretty much anyway and you guys keep f*ucking it up!
Nobody wants that cosmetic shit they want to wear real cape

I love how comp cape discussions always draw out the elitist "I did it, so everyone else has to too" crowd.

You're not truly a completionist until you've done the breakdance emote on every walkable square in the game. :^)

id say leave the capes alone I been trying to reach master quest cape and comp cape for a while now. but its so difficult for me to get one since I am working hard on it still trying to earn them you know. I think the capes are fine for now. it be very bad if you change them up.

Yeah definitely leave them alone and maybe don't do reworks since the fmods are locking all the threads about it. This is why all the updates are shit. Now what's an unfun environment when you talk to people and see nonsense being said and stuff like that

The new update is better but still has serious problems.
First of all, who said it's a problem that everyone who have comp cape wear it? It's not a problem, and giving permanent stats and perks is bad as it makes the game too easy.

Second thing- comp should be regarded as a very good reward for people who worked hard to get it. If some pvmer doesn't like doing other stuff that's fine, but if he wants the best cape in the game he needs to work for it, and yes it includes doing things that aren't pvm. A grace period will let them do new reqs on their own pace but they still need to do them.
I do think some kind of combat/pvm cape with with stats lower than comp but higher than any other cape is a good idea, to give pvmers an alternative that will have lower stats than comp but wont require non combat stuff.

And last thing t3 should have better stats than t2 that will have better stats than t1. Otherwise there won't be a reason to get it. So I would say for each tier the combat cape will give some combat stats, skilling will give something to help skilling, and the comp of that tier will have both but higher stats (so t3 comp is better than t3 combat etc)

Get rid of the T1 T2 T3 cape ideas. Keep the capes how they currently are. Just adjust the comp reqs slightly. You're overthinking all of this.

Edit: I think that renaming the master quest cape to the lore cape would make more sense.

There are 71 achievements in this subcategory

Trimmed
There are 64 achievements in this subcategory

So you do ANY 71 achievements and you get to keep comp =T1
You do another ANY 64 you get to keep trim = T2
Future achievements (normal as you would expect achievements NOT INSANE) = T3

That gives us choice and control and nobody loses anything.


All problems solved.


No need for stupid skills capes or ruining quest capes.
