There is currently no Recently Released Major Content.
When content previously featured under "Major Upcoming Content" is released, I will be moving it down to "Recently Released Major Content" for about a week or two, until discussion around it has died down on this thread. The goal is to preserve the information regarding the content for a little while longer, giving most people enough time to actually apply the information listed here in-game, as well as giving people the chance to refer to it when posting here about the new content in question.
This post is reserved for more Planned Content.
I have no questions at this time. Thank you!

Question: if the " Land out of time" is called Anachronia why is the "Breaking the storm"event calling it Fossil island? especially since its formerly known as that.

Thanks for taking the reins. I love questing and this has been a thread I checked often for quest news.
My pleasure. I'm glad to bring it to y'all! Here's to hoping I don't muck it up.
Plus, hey, even if quests are released less, "even no news is news," y'know?

Thanks!
Great point! You're right. You caught me on a technicality, but you're absolutely right. The island's name is Anachronia, but Varrock Museum's name for it is "Fossil Island." Because Varrock Museum runs the dig site and by extension Breaking the Storm, it makes sense that the event would also call it "Fossil Island."
I fixed the post to better reflect this! It's not formerly known as Fossil Island, it's also known as Fossil Island. Thank you again!!

I think the analogy between Anachronia and Fossil Island is like the one between Black Mirror and Twilight Zone.
Black Mirror is definitely not Twilight Zone in almost every aspect (sci-fi vs classical, stories, casts, countries, ect) except both of them share the same theme. Black Mirror is the Spiritual Successor of Twilight Zone but not exactly Twilight Zone.
Some classical Twilight Zone fans still call Black Mirror "Twilight Zone" perhaps because it is "their" "spirtual" Twilgiht Zone although not the real Twilight Zone.
