I have been playing since 2002 and personally don't care that they released the web cloak again. It is an old item I barely see anyone wear anyway. I think it would have been neat that each time they release it, the older players get a new exclusive cosmetic, until the next release, but at the end of the day it's just a silly old cape. Hope they release more holiday items from the past again, glad they finally breaking this weird tradition. Buy Zemomarks / Chromatic Partyhats safely here

Why should the market be ruined just because ppl missed out on items?

If you truly cared about them you'd save up enough money and earn one instead of demanding them be handed to you for free. I agree, it's not fair just to release the tradeable ones again like that. I think a good solution would be to have an NPC sell them at 1.5x the current price so they are fixed forever. After all a phat is several bil gp, and it would be a good accomplishment to obtain one for that much without affecting current owners. Buy Zemomarks / Chromatic Partyhats safely here
