What's the point of stopping level 3s from accessing the content completely, instead of limiting them later on when higher levelled content comes along?

You're arguments are like saying, let's start this questline off with a Grandmaster quest with super high level requirements, then have Sheep Sheerer as our storyline finale.

Killing level 21 regular zombies are Grandmaster quest with super high requirements? Then what is killing a level 34 boss-like Count Dragnor in the classic Vampyre Slayer quest?

I am sure we are going to have far higher level enemies than level 21 zombies to kill going forward in the storyline

Level 21 Zombies may as well be level 2001 zombies to skillers.

The point is, Jagex are clearly pushing Fort Forinthry to become the next large piece of content, with several updates coming over the course of the year, if not years. If this is the main focus for updates, then they should make sure that every single player has the ability to access it.

Anything additional to the base content can have whatever requirements they like thrown at it. Skillers have been locked out of content before, it's nothing new. But never have they been locked out of content like this for such an arbitrary reason.

They clearly told us the purposes of the Fort - it is for all kinds of players including the combat one.

If players can't kill level 21 zombies then please tell us how can they kill Elvarg and such? Why don't you tell us RSC/RS2/OSRS/RS3 all failed to make sure every single player has the ability to access Dragon Slayer?

So skillers don't count in "all kinds of players"?

I'm talking about the most basic of basic content. This is a new area. There's no reason to lock it behind combat. Yes, there is lore, but there are methods of killing things without combat being involved. Look at Big Game Hunter as a glaringly obvious example.

There are ways and means of accessing the content. However, for HCIM, these are highly risky methods, and not worth risking your entire account over just because Jagex decided to arbitrarily add a few zombies that pose zero risk to any other type of player.

Wasn't Dragon Slayer one of the most basic content in 2001 that set up all kinds of content the rest of the 22 years of Runesape?

Not at all. Dragon Slayer was end game content back in 2001.

Dragon Slayer was how you unlocked Rune Platebody. Last I checked, this was a combat item that skillers had zero use for.

Again, not at all.

We know that this is the start to more content. This is the base, hence the quest name: New Foundations.

We know there is more combat to come, but we know that there are a lot of skilling methods going to be involved, particularly around Construction. A fort cannot run on warriors alone, and skilling activities are necessary.

Hence, why lock out the players who solely wish to play skilling content?

Again, Dragon Slayer was not at all the end game content in 2001. We knew it was the start to more content. Why didn't people ask why Dragon SLayer locked players who solel wished to play skilling content in RSC/RS2/RS3 and OSRS?

We know there will be more than just construction and skilling. We were told clearly there would be combat, quests, events and other new things in the Fort.
