The price of *anything* on the GE is a per unit figure. As I pointed out, if you sold one fellstalk on Nov. 7, you would've made 10853 gp. If you sold that one today, it would net you 3018gp (actually buys for 20% less than even that price).
If you'd sold 10M units november 7th, you would've made 10M x the spot price that day. If you sold 10M units today, you'd be getting roughly 7000gp less
per unit
. It doesn't matter how you process this, the figure in question is the static price of the item. In the examples I'm giving (which is nearly all herbs across the board), that price has declined sharply since this update. Very simple if you've completed the 3rd grade.
When you didn't farm the most seeds you could, you would have gotten far less herbs to sell, and far less profits. It is clear most players know. That's why we see in the REAL RS3 GAME players are farming herbs and training farming with other means instead of going to riot in Falador Park moaning their dead economy.
