Who can help me with the following ... I had 34 million coins in the bank and I was making orbs, the light went out and when it came back and I connected it appeared in lumbrige and without the 34 million in coins and without the cosmic runes

Not a lot you can do sorry.

check your pc for virus and key loggers. Don't go to shifty sites, don't click links that are RuneScape related or any game related. Stay safe on the internet. Don't give out personal information, passwords etc, keep all personal stuff and passwords safely hidden away. Have a bank pin and Authenticator.
