Butter or nothin for me!
I would if we had a butter conditioner. Mind you have been using marg since it first came on to the shelves in the supermarket, so 30 + years of spreading marg is kinda ingrained now
But I only bake with butter if that's a consolation

Not unless left out of the fridge in summer, which would melt and the taste goes bad fast. In the winter, nope it doesn't go soft.
*I sure marg was on the shelves around 35 - 40 years ago in my country??
