I was watching nigella lawson the other day cook Lamb Knuckles and boy were they meaty and large and looked like a very nice piece of meat. She even said they were a cheap cut to use. Not in New Zealand supermarket, small, stingy, hardly any meat and very expensive again 3rd rate meat, as usual, the good stuff ends up in England on nigella lawson plate...

a few times many, many years ago I ate some 'fallen off the truck' exported NZ meat, and boy was the taste a hell of a lot better than the crap they leave for us in the supermarket...
If fat means flavour then I'm ******* delicious!
