Typing faster? Perhaps not to me as I found myself clicking my mouse most of the time playing Runescape.

I actually type more accurately when I need to use the keyboard, thanks to all kinds of keybinds and presets in RS3.

Typing. I started playing this game in 2001. We played in my computer class and if we could hit 40 words a minute, we could do whatever we wanted to do. I practiced at home just so I could mine while in computer class. I practiced while talking trash to others that were mining.

I sure do miss that old account of mine.

Most definitely I learned the stark differences between virtual worlds and the real world.

For instance, I heard numerous times some players said they are quadruple or quintuple the sizes of the others in virtual worlds, but in most of the times they are just tiny level 2 goblins in an empty vessel.

Honestly, after returning 4 years ago unfortunately nothing. This game has just been a rinse and repeat pvm system with very low IQ real life situations occurring. Everything I've learnt was from 2011 to back when I first started playing, and most of that isn't even supported in the game anymore.

They upgraded their graphics, which was nice and sort of gave some sort of thought process to how we accomplish this programming wise, but I kinda already grasped this from better AAA games... =\ was just nice to see on RuneScape but it came at a cost from more important things.
