Again though - the point is about the ability to report the main account and the bug being used. Personally I don't feel sorry for the people who fall for lures. It's just upsetting that such an exploit is ignored and maxed accounts with phats are able to freely take part in executing them

Then it is not a scam. You can buy a demonic skull from the mage outside the abyss yourself too. Don't tell us the mage "scam" you. You get a warning message telling you about the consequences of acquiring a demonic skull either through trading or buying all the time.

That...that isn't remotely what this thread is about. Either you're trolling at this point or didn't actually read my OP or most of my other comments.

- Scam done by group, can only report one of the three in scam group. That is very

You are complaining about a "scam" but players have already know these "items" (demonic skull and cursed energies) for years and Jagex has already updated them the last 2 weeks.

Seem like you think it is a scam, only you and you said you didn't fall for them. I guess you can't even report something which you only hear but not see personally.

AFAIK, Jagex is aware of what you called "scam" and they have taken actions against them in the game obviously. I don't rule out they can make demonic skull totally untradeable later outside wildy too. I guess you can make such a suggestion if you want to. Perhaps they can do another COMMUNITY Hitlist that all of us RS3 players enjoy.

This has nothing to do with the demonic skull. That item is fine IMO. The problem is that you can only reasonably report one of the 3 scammers involved and that there's an exploit where a player can move where their character registers without a visual discrepancy in their location. I don't know how to more clearly explain this to you.

You don't report 3 scammers. The person who was scammed, not you, has to file the report. Jagex has data to trace all the items/events/conversations etc from the information of the reporter and the time of incident with the system they have been using for 22 years. I told you this already.

Glitch scams happen I was almost the victim when someone managed to get my to level 50 wilderness with the portal and skull me despite having pvp disabled not a clue how managed to get back to lvl 15 and teleport out with less then 200 health, I won't go into all the details but I sent my experience to [email protected] with all the details including account names I managed to spot and step by step what happened, I still don't think writing out how it's done on a public forum is the world's greatest idea

If you have windows 10 you can use shift and start then hit record and knock off the screen with shift and start now your screen is being recorded a quick browse through the players very quickly while escaping is all you need, play back the footage later in slow motion, when entering the wilderness I always record my screen as I'm still a little wary about it

No. It is not, and I doubt Jagex actually recommends it.

Maybe you can record a scam, but Jagex probably has their own data already as I mentioned, and perhaps a lot more, as we can't record personal communications among other players and movements of items. Don't forget they can do routine anticheating checks way back from 2 years ago and banned some cheaters who committed the "crime" 2 years ago. Impressive! And that's not your recording can remotely do.

Elaboration was the best way to explain what happens with this. If a moderator wishes to hide this thread they have my blessing under the hopeful assumption the subject will be brought to someone's attention. What Jagex needs to see though is not what the obvious scammer says but any dialogue between them and the other 2 people involved.

This is about even the victim being unable to report all the scammers and bug abuse. May want to change you name to "Elder Rune" if you are this dense.

Elaboration was the best way to explain what happens with this. If a moderator wishes to hide this thread they have my blessing under the hopeful assumption the subject will be brought to someone's attention. What Jagex needs to see though is not what the obvious scammer says but any dialogue between them and the other 2 people involved.

Unfortunately your post and report (even if you made one) would be useless for Jagex, because you were not the victim and you knew nothing about the dialogues (or lack of) between the other 2 people involved. Next time if you were involved in a hearsay scam, you should advise the victim to file the report immediately instead.
