Unfortunately our situation is different to that which you are addressing

Without boring you with too much unnecessary detail, our Clan Owner stepped down on 19th April as he was becoming increasingly inactive. His replacement lasted about 4 weeks before de-ranking all Deputies to Overseers (excluding the previous Owner) to hand back clan ownership and then quit the clan. The new/old Owner has not been seen since this happened and is presumably unaware that the clan has a problem.

Due to the circumstances we currently have no Deputies, as they were all deranked on 18th May. I’m hoping you have the ability to check who the Deputies were previous to that date.

Our biggest problem at the moment is the inability to set the goals at the citadel, which very nearly resulted in the majority of plots losing a tier (but hey, we had lots of cloth!). I’m not sure if this is because I am currently ranked as Overseer and don’t have sufficient rank for the permission, or if the change of Owner has reset some of the permissions.

I would therefore request that Ownership be transferred to me; this request is supported by Lord Grabau, who was a Deputy for at least 3 years previously. If this is not possible, are you able to return our Deputy rank in the hope that we are able to resolve the issues that way?

Any help / advice would be much appreciated

Edit: We do not want Trip removed / kicked from the clan, we just need to regain control of certain permissions. It's his clan, we're just trying to keep things running

Details have been confirmed and approved so I am just awaiting the return of the JMod who will need to do the database changes needed from holiday. Once they have returned we will look to resolve this as quickly as possible for you*
