Okay so why is the "flag" option only for "real life issues"? Shouldn't there be more options like flaming, spamming, and forum rule breaking? It would be a lot easier.
That's a question for Jmods really, but basically the flag allows people to highlight very serious irl issues quickly to a team that deals with these things. Everything else is not as serious, and can wait a bit longer, so those issues all go to
Forum Help
.
Best of luck with your clan.

Citadels have a weekly upkeep requirement for Visitor Count (which is 5), so you would need to meet that requirement each week to keep your Citadel open.
So, you need at least 5 members in your clan to enter the Citadel weekly to maintain it.
EDIT: Just to make a clearer point, Citadel degradation takes place over a period of 2 weeks before it locks. One week of missed upkeep will cause the Citadel to be in a dilapidated state, and two consecutive weeks of missed upkeep will cause the Citadel to lock.

Thank you for the reply, I couldn't find anyone really talking about it and I was unclear if it was true or not.
It's a shame you're required to have 5 players with membership enter the Citadel each week as I barely know/have friends that play Runescape and if they do, they won't stay in my Clan since it barely has anyone and I'd really love to have my own Citadel & upgrade it.
Thank you for the response anyway, much appreciated!

I'm sorry that things aren't going quite as you wanted them too John, a lot of people feel the same way about building up a clan, but they don't have anyone to help with the citadel. If its. a citadel your after, and your not dead set on being clan owner, there are lots of clans who are looking for high ranks, particularly people who will help them build up a citadel.
Of course this isn't an ideal solution, because it then isn't your own clan in the same way - but its an alternative that might work out for you.
Or try recruiting people you see around, chat with people as you skill/kill, where you might meet like minded people. You will see your slowly clan grow, but it will take time, patience and hard work

It's not that things aren't going my way, I just think it'd be a nice feature if they removed needing 5 members accessing a Citadel each week but I'm sure they have their reasons for it.
(Maybe they could replace it with the founding members need to have had membership at least once? I understand it'd be harder to upkeep the Citadel if they wasn't members anymore and you only had a few players in the Clan but it's an idea)
I've joined Clans in the past and while it's nice getting free XP once a while, a lot of Clans from my experience kick you out if you're not able to participate in the upkeep of the Citadel , it feels less personal joining a Clan since I'd love to be able to build a Citadel up from scratch with my few friends that play.
Recruiting people I come across and make friends with wouldn't really work out for me, they'll either be in a big clan for the XP or they won't be interested in a clan that's not even got a Citadel since I wouldn't always be active to recruit enough people before one of them leaves.

You would be surprised how many people aren't in clans already, or that care whether your clan is top 10 in the high scores for XP or not. Assuming people wont be interested won't help you get the clan off the ground . You yourself want to build up a citadel from nothing, to experience the sense of achievement, there
are
others that feel this way too. You just have to find them .
Hey guys can someone give me advice, I currently have our clan citadel upgrading to lvl 2 it says it is at 100% done, so does this mean that at the next build tick it will be upgraded to lvl 2. the upgrade cost is 12,240 we have on the job interface we have 7274 represented in blue and 4966 represented in green which adds to 12,240. The upgrade is for the strong hold which i am to understand is the citadel.

I recently decided to Drop from clan leader to another rank and leave xedir in charge. When I left the key it did not give me an option of who to give it to and it randomly gave key to an inactive deputy.
Is there any way this can be rectified, I am now admin and even xedir as deputy can change nothing.
The key was given to trumpet2345 btw and our clan is True Harmony.
Many thanks for your help
