Hi zMary,

Personally, I have done this for my own clan, and it is fairly simple. If you want to move the Build Tick's time earlier in the day, you just need to talk to the Quartermaster in the Citadel at the time you want the new Tick to be. This will reset everyone's caps (not your Avatars' caps though), and your clan will need to meet upkeep again. The next Build Tick will occur exactly one week from the time you talked to the Quartermaster to move it.

Your clan needs to have met the weekly upkeep before moving the Tick. If there are upgrades currently set, I believe resources will go towards those after moving the Build Tick, but that I have not tested myself.

My first question is, is there any other way to move the Build Tick to earlier in the day it's set to reset besides at the Quartermaster? I don't believe so, but figured I'd ask.

Technically, there is, but it isn't reliable. The only other way to move the Tick earlier is to enter your Citadel within 3 minutes before its reset. This will move the Tick earlier by up to 3 minutes. If you're consistent with this, you can continue to move it to an earlier time, but this is very slow.

If you want to move it earlier by 3 minutes, you'll want to be in your Citadel before it's scheduled to reset, leave immediately when the warning pops up stating the Citadel is about to execute its Build Orders, and then re-enter.

My second question is, it's my belief that if we move our Build Tick, our gathered resources for the week are kept, minus the resources needed for upkeep. Is this correct?
I mean the resources gathered for this current week, obviously the resources already added to the build order from previous weeks wouldn't be affected either, yes?

Yes, the resources needed for upkeep will be taken from the total gathered, and your clan will need to meet upkeep again.

Hope this helps, and good luck on Tier 7 :)

Hi,

This clan help thread is for RuneScape only, not Old School. The Clan Camp does not exist in Old School.

If you have questions about OSRS, I'd suggest using the OSRS Forums: Old School Advice

Here's a Wikia page for OSRS Clans: http://oldschoolrunescape.wikia.com/wiki/Clan_Chat

Hi,

I am the present owner of Fast Effigy. Weltmeister's post above is a curious mix of fact and fiction.

As he points out, he did initially establish Fast Effigy. Gamewinter was also added to the co-owner team. Unfortunately, there were disagreements among the team leaders and, as a result, gamewinter ended up taking over the primary leadership role using an alt account.

I have no knowledge of what went on in the past regarding real life issues, but the claim that there was somehow a hacker involved is completely untrue. Perhaps Weltmeister was unfamiliar with gamewinter's alt account.

Gamewinter then asked me to help the clan by taking the ownership role. I had previously been a key (approved by welt, penni and gamewinter) within the clan but had left because of the inability of the members and leadership team to develop a consensus regarding clan direction and approach.

If any jagex staff would like any further information about the situation, feel free to pm me in game or send me a message via regular channels.

Thank you for your attention in this matter.

Since my first post I have had the chance to speak with Gamewinter. She has dismissed the claims made by Weltmeister regarding rl issues as being completely baseless.

Regardless of the veracity of his comment, I believe that any attempt to mount a public character assassination of a Runescape player is despicable.

I would ask that you remove/delete Weltmeister's above post to protect the player involved.

Thank you.

Hi Weltmeister, gamewinter, and Avittar,

It seems like you guys have something that needs to be worked out in private as there's nothing we can do to assist you here. This thread is monitored by Clan Leaders, not Jmods, so we don't have the capability to provide the assistance you seem to be asking for. Since this thread was posted in 2014, there has been one Jmod post (page 13) from 2015, and that is all.

It would be best to discuss these issues further in another, private location.

Thank you for your response Sicariu; and your counsel. I appreciate that fact that you took the time to let us know that this is not the appropriate forum for our issue.

As you have suggested, we have met and discussed the matter in private. It was a good faith effort on both sides, but unfortunately we were unable to reach a compromise.

That aside, I would like to restate my previous request. I would ask that the original post be removed due to the personal attack it contains.

Best Wishes,
Avittar

@Weltmeister

I removed your post.

Discussing someones real life issues is best kept in private and not to be posted within the forums. Looking at the replies it was false anyway but it still should not have been posted.

Hopefully the Clan can sort out whats needed to move forward.
