Nope, most of us did Blood pact well before Eoc, or those that have tried it since are 1 deff.
I'm actually curious if the Deathtouch bracelet would trigger those in the Blood Pact.

You can now use the pickaxe in your tool belt to take down TokHaar-Ket-Dill and TokTz-Ket-Dill's shields.
well... now i'm kind of glad i didn't waste my darts on elder kiln
so this makes it once again possible for me? someone should test out tokhaar-ket-dills to see if it doesn't get you xp if using toolbelt pickaxe
(also if your not past the beggining on elder kiln, i wouldn't attempt it as the first part gives you xp automatically at the end... thinking about it... i wonder if other parts are like this?)

Werewolves in Canifis no longer drop Warpriest of Zamorak armour.

There's talk that with the elf city getting released... the Blood Necklace might make an apearence as a rare drop from the new slayer dung.
Chances that the necklace is tradable... or that it's actually safe to use... or that this is true however are slim... but something to hope for.
Blood necklace + Deathtouched Bracelet + Recoils + Reflect... + ASA
(not to mention double time length on ASA with wax... provided it gets fixed oneday)
