Got myself a blood amulet of fury, and it's amazing. Hitting 400-500 regularly, and it does not give constitution xp. Add to that the healing, and well, it's overpowered as hell. I just did all the fights of Missing, Presumed Death without needing a single dose of brew.

On the downside, it doesn't seem to hit monsters that don't hit me... But I'm sure it still has its uses.

EDIT: Also noticed that it says that "Any monsters which can not be hit by reflection damage will not be hit by the effect." on the official RS wiki. So I think that The Blood Pact is still out of the question.

So for those cases where monsters don't hit any damage no matter how low you have your defence.

Has anyone tried using the Berserk aura? It increases your attack/strength by 10% but reduces your defence by 50%?

It's worth a try. I could test it in a week or so when i can buy it.

I don't have enough loyalty points yet I think...

I also wonder if the blood fury can be abused. I assume its mechanics may differ somewhat from recoil/reflect, so maybe there's a tiny chance that you can have it activate by self-inflicting damage?

We put months of work into all the awesome content that goes into the game, and as much as possible we want to make all skills relevant and enjoyable.

Though there are some who chose to challenge themselves by playing a pure character, sometimes this simply goes against the design of the game (it's like choosing not to use a gun in an first person shooter).

We respect the pure community, and as best we can, provide a game that they can enjoy without risking their stats - however sometimes there will simply be content that isn't passable for pures.

I guess skillers are just viewed as another $ 7.95 to Jagex. They rework the quest exp to lamps but then make it impossible for skillers to complete a simple novice quest. Now I'm locked out of the sorceress's garden. Thanks Jagex!

Just in case you miss it on reddit, you should look up the player 'Level 1 Hp'. Blackston is sure to be jealous, I am too :P .
