To my dismay my fellow 10hp'ers Cannoning is hereby bugged, glitched, or nerfed. I thought to myself in Rum Deal, why was this cannon giving me hp xp when I clearly didn't target anything? So even though that xp didn't get me down, I realized that I wanted some batwing to complete my Magic Armour sets. So I bring my cannon and my bone crusher to Taverly dungeon an begin setting up. So once I killed 1 bat, I received a nice 27 hp xp bringing me to 84xp until 14. I'm afraid to do further testing but I do believe cannoning is finished, with or without targeting. I'm sorry everyone :\ It's back to Soul Wars for Slayer xp.

Although this doesn't discourage me to stop looking for ways around this, I still want to give ideas for testing. ^_^
If anyone could test:
-Bork (for his charms of course)
I'm pretty sure he gives xp but it doesn't hurt to try does it?

Hmm, just tested the cannon myself and it does appear that since enough people complained they made cannon give xp by default. So anything that requires a cannon, Slayer, Desert Treasure, etc. are no longer doable. Must have been included in that system update on Wednesday.

Yes, all Chompies give zero xp at the moment. Did Chompy Hunting quest and the Ogre part of RFD on this account with zero gain, and am currently working towards some chompy hats.

Edit: Well how about that. Just killed the Bork and got 250 slayer xp and no hp xp. Find that a bit odd, Would like to confirm with another test, I would have to wait a week.

Edit 2: Bork does indeed give no xp, his minions do however. Would be quite a challenging fight with only brews healing a max of 500. Blackston is a Naabe.

Hey, do you think I (we) should make a guide on what 10hp'ers can do for certain things? Like Ranged xp, Strength xp, Alternative ways to train Dungeoneering etc? I mean just look, Bonfiring for charms and spirit implings? Why can't we compile it into one? ;o

Would be interesting to see people's input on different ways to train. Don't think it would be all that long of a list though. Guess you can give it a shot in the Skills forums, I'll be sure to add anything you missed. :p Blackston is a Naabe.

Hmm alright, I'll just compile some different ideas today and hopefully I can put out the thread either tomorrow or later tonight. Guess I'm gonna have to mostly only do the combat stats since everyone seems to already know how to do the non-combat skills x3

But Since I am appealing to Low Leveled HP pures + Skillers (99 HP an/or Prayer) I might need some ideas for a title...

so if your just skilling and you have a bow on with no arrows... and you happen to mis click on lets say a rat.... even though you didn't attack it, will it attack you? or if someone kills it, will you gain the hp xp?

i'm not used to this new way of playing at all...

& if doing soul wars for range/strength xp...
will we gain xp from burring bones so our activity bar stays up? because i am wanting to do some sw but i don't want to gain any prayer xp Fear the almighty Woo Lord ...

Don't see why they would change bones to give xp now in sw, never have before. I had a guy kill a crawling hand I was recoiling and I ended up getting the basic slayer xp, which I would have gotten from the recoiling, and nothing else even though it was my target initially. So I think you'll be fine if you target by accident, you can clear your target if you move far enough away from it too though. It will still argo on you like before.

If Soul Wars for some reason gives prayer xp you can always do Pest Control by taking logs in/wcing them in game and repair the barriers and other stuff to get the appropriate amount of damage to get your commendations. It's slightly slower xp and harder to afk. Blackston is a Naabe.
