Shilo Village - page 120 lobby trick wasn't working for me. Nor was just recoiling with bn/recoils, as she would despawn. Ended up having to use veng other + pois bombs to get her health down fast enough
(If i realised using a spell without runes would poison damage more, this would've been fine with just pois bomb)

Lunar Diplomacy - Me Fight
Used poison bombs for the full kill as can't wear recoil/bn. Only other option is deflect curses which I've not got unlocked.
80 mage so had fire wave selected with no runes, poison hit ~250s. thanks to close for letting me know to select a spell as that saved me about half an hour!
Stood on the central platform where Me couldn't reach me

Priest in Peril
- Roughly 0 xp:
Monks of Zamorak in this quest were likely given copied code from Cerberus when the quest was redone to be f2p. That means these monks must be solo'd for the key and you must deal the final blow of 1 damage. I did 2 and no xp visual dropped for me. Despite this, it's safe to assume a very small amount of xp was awarded. I recommend not poisoning as that just makes it very tough to get them down to 1hp left with a ring of recoil.
FYI - was doing Legacy of Seergaze and all prior advice worked but no vyres appeared in Meiyerditch for my main... Thankfully the vyres in Burgh de Rott worked for TFK and counted for quest progression
The post regarding it on page 70 states to just die and come back and you won't have to complete the puzzle. While that's true, it's NOT A SAFE DEATH so if you're a Hardcore Ironman that won't work.
Here's what will work for HCIM
Once Sir Leye spawns, just teleport out using the lodestone network. He doesn't immediately aggro onto you so there's plenty of time to teleport out and you don't even need to use quick teleports, there's time for the animation to go through.
You might have to repeat a puzzle or two (including teleporting away from Sir Leye, I had to do that 3 times on this account) but eventually you'll complete the quest without having to do any combat
Biohazard:
Pure recoiling doesn't seem to work on the Mourner's to obtain the key, nor does using recoils+Reflect ability. The use of the Revenge and Provoke abilities DO work, however.

Apologies if this has already been mentioned but couldn't see..
Family Crest requires you to damage Chronozon which each base elemental spell but you've mentioned only a DTD is required. Does the DTD bypass the mage part of the boss fight?
Bolas
: requires 76 Ranged. Main-hand ranged weapon, which binds the target on a successful hit but does no damage. Can be used to tag and get credit for a kill, though it is necessary to actually "hit". You will notice a small animation as well as your target being bound when this happens.
Warning
: make sure to wear a shield or an off-hand you cannot attack with.
Blood Reaver
: requires 73 Summonning. Its passive ability is that it will damage your target for 25% of what you heal. Unlike the blood necklace, this will hit enemies that are recoil immune. Note that you must actually heal for the passive to work. If your enemy does no damage, either damage yourself or un-equip and re-equip armour that boosts life points.
Warning
: make sure to put your familiar on "passive" stance. Its normal attacks will give you XP.
Deathtouched Bracelet
: 20% chance of reflecting 25–50% of damage taken, good for an average of 7.5%. Massively outclasses by Cinderbanes, not worth buying.
Warning
: do NOT wear when fighting against enemies that are immune to recoil damage. The bracelet will then reflect with "normal" damage, granting you XP.
Poison Bombs
: throw on the ground do create a temporary 3x3 area which has a chance to poison enemies. Chance of poisoning is based on your accuracy. Poison damage is based on your ability damage, default damage is that of Weapon Poison ++. Using Cinderbanes, Kwuarm incense sticks and Weapon Poison+++ will boost its damage.
Warning
: your safest option is to target a floor tile. If you directly target an NPC, you will automatically try to attack if after throwing the bomb.
Provoke ability
: requires 24 Defence (boostable). Does no damage whatsoever, but sometimes can help you get kill credit.
Revenge ability
: requires 15 Defence (boostable). Does no damage whatsoever, but sometimes can help you get kill credit.
The first fight is you + Sir Owen vs 3 Black Knights. You will get scaled Combat XP from both yourself and Sir Owen's damage. Therefore, your best option is to use three DTD's.
The second fight is you + Sir Owen vs Fern. She is immune to poison and recoil, and you are stuck with Sir Owen as a follower. You will have to kill her normally, granting ~16.5 Constitution XP.
The third fight is you vs Undead Sir Owen + 2 Black Knights. Recoil and poison work, tag is necessary to get kill credit.
The final fight is you vs Dawn + Undead summons. Dawn is poison immune (since a recent update), but can be damaged using Recoil and Blood Necklace. Her summons can be damaged with both recoil and poison, but MUST be tagged - if they die without tag, the fight will not progress and you will have to restart.
Imp Catcher
- K
After a recent update, this quest has been changed a lot. You have to fight a Choleric Imp, you can safely kill it normally (thanks to Andy Grammer & Crodious for testing).
Rune Mysteries
- K
You don't actually kill the Magical vortex, so it's safe to attack it normally using air spells.
Shield of Arrav
- R/TFK
Since you now have to complete the quest on your own, there is no way around Johnny the Beard. Recoil or TFK should sort him out easily though.
A Soul's Bane
- R,PB
Anger creatures are the hardest part. You should keep your Strength level below 5 at all times. Take the Anger Battleaxe and attack an Anger Goblin. Every hit you do has a chance of increasing your "rage meter". If the goblin falls below half health, run away (but do not leave the area) and let it reset. Repeat until your rage meter is filled - note that you will gain 40 Attack XP once this happens.
Warning:
do not fight the other monsters. Even at 0 Strength their respective Anger weapons can one-hi
