Hi I’m hoping someone will have the answer to my question. I’m on my 9HP account (currently 5xp from level 10) and want to do big chompy bird hunting. Does anyone know the exact amount of xp gained from this?

(Apologies if it’s already been stated, I haven’t looked through all 132 forum pages)

Thanks for the info, looks like a won’t be doing the prif quest line any time soon. I made the mistake of hitting the ghoul to get through to Canafis instead of casting Weaken, so I’m one rat kill away from levelling to 10hp :(

One thing I noticed when I killed it:

"you are unable to reflect damage to this creature". Even though i was able to while it was alive.
It displays that message if a target dies before you are able to reflect the damage.

Basically, my theory is:
It hit me, my blood neck killed it, my reflect was up and was therefore unable to reflect the damage, but somehow made it so the kill counted.

Back again regarding Big Chompy. Spoken to a couple of folks in my cc, one of them overheard someone using Crackling perk on armor while killing it?

I assume you can Weaken/Curse it to aggro, has anyone in here tried it with Crackling on armor?

Unfortunately I can't test as I'm 5xp from leveling HP, and currently don't have another account able to test.

Crackling counts as a damage hit based on the style you're using so you end up getting xp from it. The current working idea is to poison but its so hard to not just one hit the bird. Even at 0 range your damage is still greater than the birds lp.

In regards to that achievement you have to FTK for it. Have another account tag anything on the field then you kill it. This should work with any account, recently did it on my fresh 10hp Hcim. If you're not familiar with FTK I would suggest trying it with another account. Blackston is a Naabe.
