Well that is your definition of rare Av. Every name is technically rare because only one person can have their name. So by definition, it is rare. You say it has to be common like Pokemon names, but what if someone doesn't watch pokemon or know the franchise? I own the names Teru Mikami, Mail Jeevas, and Mihael Keehl. Three important characters in the series Death Note. Most people wouldn't consider them rare as Death Note and other animes aren't as well known as Pokemon, or other common cartoons. But to an otaku these names can be awesome, and "rare." So I think rare is more a matter of opinion. I might say your name isn't rare because the V isn't capitalized to stand for audiovideo.
