You will get around 100k-150k Hitpoints experience per 1k Red Chincompas. It varies alot though.

i've heard you can train without prayer on monk of zammys in chaos tunnels, theres like 50 of em in the room, and only lvl 45 and is multi combat..
will that work? im gona check how much hp they have and post.


EDIT: they have 42 hp. drop nothing but bones and gold, crimson, blue, and green charms.

Okay lets say you didn't pray and you went through with zamorak monks. The amount of shark you would have to eat and the amount of time it takes to do bank trips would significantlly take longer and perhaps cost much more.
Suggestion: range blue dragons for clue scrolls, hides and dragon bones. Sell the hides for dragon bones and do clue scrolls for money. Through this process obtain 70 prayer with a guilded alter.
