Those who were removed from the CC after the May 2017 Sweep and didn't talk to Lumine in the following 4 weeks have now been removed also from the FC and the member list.

If you're one of the people in this group, this was the first time you'd been swept; you're therefore eligible to reapply when you have a current Quest Cape once more. Or if your status when swept (i.e. Tippler or Drunkard) didn't require you to have a current Cape for readmission, please communicate with Lumine.
