Our Clan's Concept Model
First thing is first: I am not your leader.
The title of Bondweaver is not one of authority or rank. It's an honorific, describing my role as a diplomat, and an advocate of the reunification of the Tribes.
The leaders are the Chieftains, who may become Jarls, who may become Konungar.
Each Chieftain's Tribe is an independent entity of its own. It makes its own decisions, has its own traditions and history and relationships to other Tribes, and has a unique identity all its own. In a very real way, our clan's concept model is one of a collection of many independent mini-clans, engaging with one another in a community of its own. As such, the "gameboard" of The Fremennik Tribes is entirely separate from the "gameboard" of other clanning communities we may join, such as the World 103 POC Community.
In the absence of three active Tribes, the typical requirements for the rank of Chieftain and forming a Tribe are waived. In the presence of three active Tribes, one must climb to the rank of Forungi should they desire to create a Tribe.
And I should stress this: you do not need to join a Tribe to climb those ranks. If your intention is to become a Chieftain, you may do so entirely outside of a Tribe. You will be designated as Unplaced on the Census, and regarded as a member of an unlisted Tribe which has not yet communicated or interacted with the others. When your Tribe is formed, that will not be regarded as the beginning of the Tribe's existence, but the beginning of its communication with the other Fremennik Tribes.
