At last I have heard back from Jagex with my wrongfully unlocked music tracks (and other thingies) after emailing them again.

Thanks for getting back to us, Mod Ferret here!

I've had a look into this and I can inform you that our QA team are extremely busy. They have reviewed your bug report but there was nothing there they were able to use to investigate the issue further, so the submission has now been closed as Invalid.

As for why you were not contacted about this; as I previously mentioned, you'll be contacted via the Message Centre if we need to get in touch about your submission but a response should not be expected as we do not reply to bug reports.

In this case, to try and get you some feedback on the issue, I had a chat with our QA team. They have confirmed that, as you mentioned this issue happened years ago, due to the time since this happened, the team can't identify what the cause of the issue was, as any logs of the incident have long since been deleted. As we've not received any other reports of this issue, they also have no new cases to use to try to identify what may be going on.

As such, this appears to be an isolated issue with not enough information to locate the cause of the problem.

As any kind of resolution would involve making major changes on your account, without knowing exactly what directly prompted these things to unlock, changing anything actually risks causing more damage to your account than it may fix.

With this in mind, I regret that the QA team have stated that it will not be possible to remove those unlocked items/music tracks from your account.

I do realise that this is not the answer you were wanting to hear but I hope it helps to explain the situation and answers your question.
