I think a false argument has been concocted here regarding these past wars. The fact that KOI has the audacity to ask us to cede land we've won is baffling.
Let's recap real quick: NXG originally declared on KOI for isafdar. We won a pretty one sided engagement against them and within a minute of round two they redeclared on us. An irregular move, to be sure, but not technically illegal. As a result we held fast to our war date of the following weekend. KOI refused to talk to us at one point despite repeated entreaties. They didn't want to give us the date we asked for even though we did the same for them.
It got nullified. We then declared for priff, once again not an illegal move, and KOI has pulled out every trick in the book to weasel their way out of it. They've accused us of not being a poc, they've tried to throw up bogus peace agreements that don't benefit us at all (mostly in private), and now they're sticking to the tried and true tactic of stalling "give us till Wednesday to pick a date!"
There is nothing illegal about what we've done, and I am sick and tired of people trying to drag this out in order for KOI to benefit from losing a war. This is ridiculous. Let's just war and get it overwith or you can give up. There is no third option where KOI gets to walk away with land they haven't earned just because their pride is hurt.
