Hmm, that doesn't sound like me. Im not much of a troller. Yet, I do remember being fake conflicted and being kicked for that, and later he stated on forums that he was wrong. I was also told, forgot by who, that I was added for off-topic. Doesn't sound like me either.. I pm'ed Lee M one day asking what I did wrong and after that, I was kos. And if you can't find proof, why am I still on the list? You may have seen me in 90weaps fc/gcc and I don't do any of those things I stated earlier. Hugs not drugs!

You've had multiple posts hidden on the previous fc/cc thread. If I recall, it started out as some bsh thing but then moved onto you flaming people on the forums for like a week or two so you were added after that (still waiting for confirmation on that from someone who remembers, before I'm able to keep/take you off).

Usually trolls get a second chance once they can comprehend the rules but from there on out they are constantly on thin ice while in the fc and can be re-added to kos permanently after just 1 obvious troll.manip attempt.

It did start out as a bsh thing. I reported, got fake conflicted, and apparently got kos (I've talked to alot of ppl and they all say I've been added for different reasons) for that, so yeah, I was a lil mad for getting called out when i actually gave a legit report. I dont recall me flaming on the forums but does that really deserve a perm ban from the fc? Can't even join the fc at all. Having to use my alt atm, and haven't caused any harm. I am well aware of the rules. Hugs not drugs!

Hulk was Kos listed for manipulation in rq and 90weaps at almost the same time and claimed fake conflicts in both, he was removed from kos in 90weaps after doing his pc'ing duties to be removed and from what i can make out has become quite a decent person since.

I remember this because of past arguments with this guy about what happened.

So now it's your choice if he gets removed or not, but from what i have seen, i would say he has learn't his lessons. [qfc id=]whatever[/qfc]

It was a honest mistake on my part in 90weaps. I didn't pc to get off the list because it was just a strike. I voluntarily pc. In quark, I was the one who got fake conflicted. That was not my fault what so ever. Hugs not drugs!

The more this situation is spoken about, the more I recall it. There was a conflict which turned into a huge argument on the thread, completely derailing it - this is the trolling that you were KOS listed for, not for manipulation. Typically in a situation like this it's much better to just let it go, instead of escalating to a point where you're just breaking a different rule with even more concrete evidence. From what I can tell it was probably a nonrank conflict, so wouldn't have even been held against you for KOS status in any way. If it was a rank conflict, then it still takes 2 to be on KOS, you can argue it was a fake conflict (and maybe it was, or maybe it was a timing issue), either way saying 'No I didn't do it!' and resulting to flaming the forum does not make you look any better. Any scammer will say that they don't scam, just like any manipulator will say they never lie about prices - much better to just let it blow over.

I have seen your frequent pcing in 90w (just posts on forum), and I've seen you join a merchanting community (saw your log). I want to give you the benefit of the doubt and a second chance as - if you're looked at in a positive light in 90w nowadays then there isn't much reason you shouldn't be here as well. However I have no authority on this topic.

IMO as long as you were to stay respectful to FC ranks on the forums and not be like some people who cry "POWER ABUSE MANIP QUARK", then I wouldn't see harm in a second chance. It's people like that who take the privilege of the FC for granted, and then are very upset when they lose that privilege. Just restating what Trips said - when someone is taken off KOS, probably 99% of the time it's their last chance.

This became a very repetitive rant, oops.

First off, I don't recall derailing this thread or even trolling. Even if I did, which may have happened, is that really KOS worthy? Secondly, he was a nonrank that fake conflicted me and later said that he had made a mistake. Of course I'm gunna say I didn't do it, cause I didn't do it. lol. My log is comin' along well it's it? Haha. (; I know the forum/fc rules and tbh, I should not be KOS'ed. I am always respectful towards ranks, considering I am one myself. We get that "Ranks manip, bla bla bla crap" in 90weaps all the time. Im upset that I lost my privilege over some stupid conflict that wasn't even legit. Lastly, I'd like to thank all of you for getting back to me as soon as possible, I know you all are busy, probably just as much as I am.

If anyone should be KOS it's Panda who had his main banned for serious rule breaking behavior, behavior which is listed on the front of this document as being worthy of KOS, behavior which he freely admits.

And just a reminder to all, the fmods have made it clear that this thread is not to be used for KOS appeals....
