Hi everyone,

I've seen people talking about how long and fastidious it was to pc phats right now, so in case it's getting worse (yellow or even purple going over max) I suggest you this :

Forget about phats list and say hello to pyg and rwb lists also known Purple-Yellow-Green and Red-White-Blue (could include cracker but i think it should be alone tbh, just my opinion though).

So people would be forced to forget about phat list and only ask either pyg list or rwb(c) list, or both.

Let me know what you think about this.

Have a nice day,

Zaka

We could try that but it wouldnt reduce the amount of typing imo. Many people only trade ge hats while others do a lot of street trading. By have pyg and rwb the pcer would likely have to type out the range items as often if not more then what they already do anyway.

If I'm pricing, I usually refer people to the forums for ranges as they aren't updated often, but I wouldn't mind if pcers left out the cracker when typing ranges since people rarely care about crackers :s (and turkeys)

I doubt this has been discussed much yet, but what is it looking like for when the Rank Session will be held for this month?

The last one wasn't too long ago, but for sake of keeping with tradition, I would hope that we could either have it this weekend or skip this month's rank session and hold the next one during the first weekend in August.

Rank sessions used to always be held during the first weekend of the month, and if possible, I would really like to see this continue so that I always know when to keep my calendar open. ;)

Took strictlegion off the kos list, he was still new to the fc didn't know off-topic rules etc and being rude in the fc deserves another chance. They now know the permanent consequences of not following fc rules.

Suggestion:

Instead of keeping track of trades since the last range update and updating range after 10 new trades, always keep track of the 10 most recent trades and update the range whenever there have been:

A: 10 trades since the last range update

B: 4 trades since the last range update outside of the range (this number could be 3 or 5, but 4 seems about right to me)

This would hopefully stop the ranges from becoming so brutally outdated during times of volatile prices :)

Side suggestion -- max(s) updates should be included in the 10 most recent trades. So hypothetically, the last 10 trades for a hat just above max might look like:

max, max, 2155, max, 2170, 2175, 2160, max, 2170, 2175

which would prompt a range update to max-2175, most likely. The point is that if max(s) trades are happening along with street trades (and they aren't outliers) they should be considered in making the range, to reflect the fact that it is possible to buy at max.

For once in my life I won't make an overly long, drawn out post. :P

I agree with everything Charm has suggested above and support all of those ideas.

Would like to see others' thoughts on this.
