It seems Option 2, with the reservation quoted below, is the most beneficial; it has earned my support.

(Alternative to this would be to update it once a day no matter how many confirmed trades there are using the current pc as many times as necessary to get to 10 then simply divide by 10 to create the new daily average)

I don't think it'd be necessary to assign the task of updating prices to pcers; there will always be ranks online to update them within a few hours from reset time.

Ok. I talked to Trips and he confirmed that if a range trade occurs between a FC rank and a player that is KOS in the FC, and the KOS player confirms, under the current rules the trade is confirmed and is used in the next range determination.

This seems to be a discrepancy to me. If the rank’s trade can’t be used without a confirmation, why does a KOS player’s confirmation count? Above trips stated: “Lurers and scammers inhumanely get their rares, so they aren't afraid to dump for prices the average person can't buy at. Most trolls and manips can't be taken seriously so why should their updates be trusted?”

So if their prices aren’t representative and/or they can*t be trusted and their updates for all other items are rejected, why is the FC letting their confirmation count for anything on a range trade? It just doesn’t make sense.

Edit: It appears that this rule is an artifact from when ranks did not need confirmation. Let me put it this way. You are essentially saying sorry rank, we don't trust you enough to accept your range trade without confirmation, but if you can get someone from our KOS list who we don't trust at all to confirm that, we'll accept it.

You can get KOS for just providing evidence of some ranks maniping. They tell you to report to admins, but nothing ever happens: those ranks who are guilty of maniping just get a warning and those who report them get KOS. I even screenshotted the official reason by admin for me getting KOS: for accusing some ranks of maniping.
If you are willing to chuck your most precious possessions like phats because someone said words like crashing/dying/quitting and then find yourself unable to rebuy for what you sold for, then you don't deserve to own a phat.

You can get be a saint and still get KOS if you object to R quark policy.

Look at how many times Martin Luther King, Jr. got thrown into jail for standing up against injustice and corruption.

I tried to get said person deranked but Miss NYC felt this person had legit reasons against the accusations so she decided to do nothing.

Also asked that you stop generalizing your comments but that seemed to not work. Unfortunately I had to take extra precaution towards the overall integrity of the fc because you wouldn't stop.

So what, everyday at the reset it gets updated with new trades?

I feel like this will be quit tedious over time as the current ranks become less active and new ones won't care. It may work for a few months but I think eventually it'll be updated every few days, then back to every ~10 new trades :P

You complain about generalizing? Read next post.

1) Can't be specific and not generalize when forum rules don't permit people to get to specifics.
2) Reputation of the WHOLE group is tarnished when the group includes BAD APPLES and the group ends up doing nothing about THEM BAD APPLES.
3)Instead of KOSing people like me who bring to you legitimate complaints based on transcripts of screenshotted hard evidence, start CLEANING house.

Hi, reason for KOS is "consistently derailing fc, going off-topic and causing disturbances - many warnings and extra chances" . The accusation you specifically mention was appreciated and taken seriously. However, after investigation it was decided that there wasn't any substance to the claim. Any additional information is also welcome, I have my PM on most of the time, so feel free to contact me :P . But making the accusation is not the reason for your status in the friends chat
Andy Murray to win Wimbledon 2022.
