|+| The treaty of Morytania |+|

~ All signatories to this treaty will not attack each other's lands within or from Morytanian lands; nor help an ally clan attacking it in war.

~ All signatories agree to have open borders with one another, to be used for reasons other than war at any time without the need of an official request being made on each occasion.

~ Port Phasamyts and Burgh de Rott will be reserved for the Empire of Prifddinas until they are eligible/decide to claim it; and Canifis will be reserved for The Coven.


+ This treaty is valid for a period of six weeks after it comes into effect, and can be renewed with all 3 clans' permission.
+ Anyone who breaches this treaty may be declared war upon by one of the other clans, under their terms. In case of the treaty being breached by a signatory attacking another, the defender's terms will be used for the war.

Bowie, I would like to abandon my claims to Canifis and Port Phasamyts and claim Darkmeyer instead (along with Meiyerditch which is an area of Darkemeyer not a different city).*


*The city itself is named Sanguinesti (which literally translates to Blood City from latin [city not cities]) but I would prefer having it listed as Darkmeyer.

So Cairo the original leader of the ancient order who is your 2ic now, will he represent the coven while you represent your claim. Or will you be giving up your old claim to represent your clans claim? cake owner

Since you are now the main representative, from what i've read, I believe you would have to give up your individual claim.

From what Vaaris said to Tahmid it seems that way.

Also I believe that you would need to give up your personal claim and claim a new capital or you can claim your personal claim AS your capital.

No, we said it would apply to everyone but the already existent claimants (myself and Bowie)

And laws passed here don't work in retrospect, which is why for example when KOZ fought White Knights they used the old rules that said no allies allowed even though the new ones had been passed after the declaration
