Well, Tahmid, a
majority
of the community of world 31 would not expect you, or anyone, to need to either bow down to them, or join their "Union" just to be able to be part of the community, and I know that if they did so they would only be showing their true colors.
After all, not a one of us is above the other, we are all people playing a game, as equal human beings. While I won't bring politics into play, an example is the United States' President Obama. He has accomplished more than most of us, especially any white, snobbish, english boys shall quite possibly ever accomplish. Yet he is our equal, just as any white, snobbish, english boy, is his equal.
That is called the modern world, and I at least, along with a vast
majority
of society, like and prefer it that way.

PS-I'm glad the KoZ is ruled by a council, after all, you wouldn't want one bad nut to ruin your reputation permanently on World 31 like such a nut has already done to his reputation.
