Individual claimers are those that are not claiming on behalf of a clan, just for themselves. Which is what you submitted an application for, so you applied for yourself as opposed to all of Sofran, you understand?

We know it's a bit disorganized at the moment with Bowie moving and the thread a bit outdated.
