It's the Desert treasure pyramid, the one where you swap out ancient magics. The forums bleeps it out. So you could probably just name it Ancient Temple (Desert) or something like that.

Varrock doesn't touch Meiyerditch nor does Pot Sarim have transport there.

EDIT: Also, Cairo apparently wants it as well, currently being disputed. First come first serve.

There are no boats in Meiyerditch. Port Sarim reaches Port Phas, not Meiyerditch.

Edit: Even with Mor'ton having free access for you, you'd need to claim Burgh de Rott first and then Meiyerditch.

No I wouldn't. If it's unclaimed land then I wouldn't need to.
