Alright, where to start here.

The current War declaration against KOZ is invalid. You must stake a land in order to have the right to take a attempt to take one; equal risk. The only way you can avoid risking a land in order to take Falador is if both parties agree to something what Kota Rovin said earlier few pages back. If you can't remember, it was among the lines of that the clan that declared war wants no risk but wants the land. The clan that is being declared on picks the rules.

All Claims that were submitted before the meeting was held will be accepted. They can join whoever side they please to fight in the war between KASH and KOZ.(If allies are on)

Also, keep the mods off this thread! I don't need them here. If you can't take the heat of a debate and you are going to whine and cry about it to them. Do me a favor, keep the hell off this thread and world. Thanks!

Also just so you know Bowie, the current rules on this thread haven't been updated. We voted on a new default system on like the 10th page of the thread.

Also. There is no rule for staking. I just read through all the rules for war. If we want to add that, it will need to be voted on. But according to the rules on the first page of this thread, there are no staking rules. And if it voted and passed, it still would not adhere to this war claim for the same reasons the default war rules did not apply to KOZ when they declared on White Knights. The voting would be after the war was already declared.

We discussed this outside of the forums, so it has been settled. :)

W31 Poll Scheme

Majority vote is needed to pass this.

I'm calling for a vote of adding a rule to War declaration. In order to declare war, you must stake a land in order to attempt to take a land. Unless Both parties(The Declarer and the defender) agree upon something else.

Please note, if passed; it will not effect the current war between KASH and KOZ.

I'm assuming the answer is yes, but can individuals vote for this one? Just clarifying
