Artemis stepped towards the dark and looming castle. Clearly it had seen better days. Adjusting the sword on his back, he made his way to the doors of Castle Fenkenstrain. There were strange moans and groans coming from inside as he pushed the doors open. The doors stuck and he gave them a huge push. They came crashing down and the area went silent for a time.

The moans and groans started again but this time different than before. The seemed to be calling for help. He explored the castle with caution. Towards the back of the castle there was a small untended garden and a small shack. Inside the shack he found a trapdoor with a padlock on it. He crushed it with his hand and moved to open the door. “Seems this is where it is the loudest…” He thought to himself as he pried open the dusty metal trapdoor.

He coughed as he made his way down the ladder. It smelled of feces and old blood, and Zaros knows what else. There was movement up ahead in the dim corridor. Skitter Skitter…Out of the darkness spider legs made their way into view. But this wasn’t a typical giant spider. It had the head of a man and the end of each of its legs were human feet.

It looked at Artemis with curiosity and tried to speak. “Mo…re..” It rose to become taller on its eight spidery legs. “He…lp…us…die.” Artemis looked at the amalgamation. “Die?” he questioned. The spider looked confused. “Hurt…end..pain…” The spider forced the words out. “Come…Fam..ily…” and it turned away and skittered again into the darkness.

Artemis followed the pathway behind the spider creature. Countless bodies laid strewn in the path amongst other unpleasant things. Some were sheep with wolves’ heads. Others were large dogs with female body traits. Several of the bodies were in poor shape and it looked like bits of them had been eaten.

The spider stopped. In the passage ahead there were untold numbers of similar creatures huddled in the corridor. Artemis spoke to the creatures “You want death? Or is there something more?” One of the dog women came forward and attempted to lick him. He pushed her away. It also was able to speak. “Help us…We suffer…No more pain…Bad man fuse us...Want release…” It nodded and then lowered its head as if to bow.

Artemis removed his Bloodseeker from his back and placed the blade onto the creature’s shoulder. The creature groaned and with a swift motion hacked its head clean off. One by one, they all followed suit. The sheep wolves were the most difficult. Their fur was almost as steel, but he eventually ended every creature’s life within the caved area. He sheathed his sword. “Well that was eventful…”

He made his way towards the trapdoor to make his leave. His foot brushed against something metallic. He reached down towards what looked to be a key. He grabbed it and returned from the direction he came…There must be a door…

Wandering around the cave, he eventually found an old and rusted gate. He tried the key and it fit perfectly. The gate screeched open unwillingly. He heard more moaning outside, however this moaning was different. It was the familiar moaning of the undead. He made his way up the newly found ladder and was greeted to the familiar smell of Morytanian air. He took off from the trapdoor and looked at his surroundings. He noticed the castle was a far way off from his exit from the caverns.

He returned to the entryway of Castle Fenkenstrain. With nobody to come against him, he planted a brilliant purple and gold flag showing his house crests. Another area successfully taken for the cause of a reunited Morytania.

The Empire of Wushanko and The Dark Horizon on the 7th of Pentember, Year 4 of the 6th Age hereby declare a formal Alliance between our two nations.
The East has always had a trade relation with those of Port Phasmatys and with the coming of the Dark Horizon, we wish to extend further from loose trading ties to a true alliance between our peoples.

To this on both ends, we enter an agreement of trade and defence along with a growing friendship.

The Council of the Rising Sun and the Council of Shifting Sands with the Approval of Khagan Dayan happily welcome the alliance with the Dark Horizon, and as talks evolved, it seems though so too have the Dread Council welcome us in return.

Alright, bear with me Epic, this one is a doozy! After much calculation, this is our current build order:

1) Use 15 Wood, 5 Energy, and 15k to build a watchtower on Dragontooth Isle
2) Use 1 Energy to turn 1 Flax into 1 Ore
3) Use 15 ore, 5 Energy, and 15k to build a watchtower on the coast of the Haunted Woods
4) Use 15 Energy to turn 15 Fish into 15 Wood
5) Use 15 Wood, 5 Runes, and 15k to build a watchtower on the edge of the Abandoned Mines
6) This will leave us with 0W, 0O, 14X, 7F, 3E, 13R and 85k (if calculations are correct)
