I, Ereinion Qui, Lord of the County of Entrana do ask Wind Titan of the White Knights for the use of the port of Sarim in perpetuity

These are the following terms:

-The County may keep three ships within the confines of the Port: SS Illustrious Pearl**** Catherby and the SS Harpoon.

-The ships will conduct exploratory and trade voyages across the globes, providing a substantial tariff to the Port Sarim Authorities for the use of the docks.

-The County is the pay one-thousand golden seals to the White Knights yearly. Other acts of tribute may be offered, should our ships be fortuitous.
