To add to Viv's post; although I have moved to another clan at present, it doesn't mean that I no longer have an interest in SR anymore - and I am positive this is the same for other members who have gone off elsewhere.
I still keep in regular contact with many of you, and I hope it stays that way. As Vivek said, people's views change, they grow older, want different things, and I just felt it was that time to change.

You have yet to add english jam back on your member's list *rage* (not as much as the last time i raged on this thread, if anyone remember's that, was banned from using capital letters for ages).
I like viv's hair, no tiara on it
and dare I say with close inspection it doesn't look that much purple.
Also harry i can partially answer your question, since I was Deputy when the change happened. Ace is a coordinator because in the meeting there was a decision that the events leader should be given that rank (unless he was already a higher rank). There are many questions that come with that reason I guess, but I don' really know the answer to them.

Haha, well... what can I say.
Ranks - we have never been a "ranks clan".
It's highly recommended therefore that you don't constantly worry about the symbol over your head, as at the end of the day we are all one, and one only! The ranks are an added bonus to aid with various roles around the clan, and can also be used as exra treats for those members that contribute perhaps that much extra towards the clan.
A few explanations about Clan Council ranks (all of which should be updated in the coming days).
Admin at the moment shows a general rank, and is someone that works as an overall figure in the clan, doing general administration tasks.
Organiser is a rank assigned to a group of sub-ranks, such as Clan Wars Leader etc. For those that work directly on a specific area of the clan.
Events Leader (Coordinator) is the rank to signify those that lead the activities and events of the clan, across the board.
Citadel Leader (Overseer), currently used for those that manage the clan's citadel, as it is an integral part of the clan's body.
Deputy Leader - Those that are directly second in charge of the clan and its functions.
Leader - Current overall lead/main organiser of Sixth Realm.
Much of these Council ranks overlap, and by all means are not designed to be in the form of a direct hierarchy system. A lot of the roles build from existing positions, and require teamwork to fully accomplish them. Each member of the Council should now be briefed on their particular role, and if not, will be soon. Everything counts!
Those that have had rank changes within the Council have *not* been demoted or removed in any form. Due to things in real life, and some people not being as active, general Council roles such as Admin have been given to keep it as flexible as possible.

Current resource goal - Woodcutting:
2343/5000.
Many have been really giving it their all in reaching our goal. Come and help us! Remember, all these count as contributions to the clan, of course, and you may even find it a more enjoyable way to skill and earn some bonus XP.
