Is this a challenge?:
Yes, unless you know what to do at what level and things to do to keep it "exciting" while still getting the levels you want to get.

Why would you make a true menace in your chosen skill?
I think grinding from 77-99 on Grenwalls with no breaks to train other skills (looking back on it now was quite stupid would've been quicker and more money on other things >**** and the fact that I'm currently grinding to 120 Hunter shows that I love hunting OSRS
