Just as a reminder please I do not allow foul language or swear words in this cc whilst i am the keeper of the golden key.

I take my responsibility of ensuring that the cc is a safe and pleasant place for people to hang out very seriously.

In the few years i have played runescape and also been a member of this clan i have never felt the need to express myself using expletives in the cc.

If you see someone using such language in the cc please pm and point them to this post and let me know when i log in.

Skilling Menace Application Format

Position applying for: mining or fishing

Level in the skill: 99 (both skills)

Is this a challenge?: no

Why would you make a true menace in your chosen skill?
I might not have the highest exp in mining/fishing however i do think i am able to help anyone in any situation in either skills, guide them through any difficult times while training the skills.

I was hoping you would select fishing. I have seen you in the chat. You have a lot of great advise and are always supportive. I would love to see the fishing skill leader slot filled by someone who loves it as much as you.

I think you will still be open to helping anyone who needs advice with mining as well. This is why I support :-)

Please remember you could be attacked via a pk'r before you get into the abyss at the rift in the wildy. So this is a high risk if you get seen entering the wildy.

Blood Bursting at Abyss:

310K magic xp per hr
83K hp xp per hr

= 393K total xp per hr


Rune Cost:

4,000 death runes @ 136 ea = 544,000 gp
8,000 fire runes @ 36 ea = 288,000 gp
Total rune cost = 832,000 gp per hr

Magic xp per gp per hr = 832K / 310K = 2.68 gp per xp


Setup:

Full subjugation (hood, garb, gown, gloves, boots)
Dragon Ridee Amulet (quest reward from One of a Kind)
Sixth-Age Circuit
Abby Want & Orb
Scrimshaw of Magic
Skillcape
Used overloads + Torment

also:
Scrimshaw of Magic + Torment and without them both...

With Scrimshaw + Torment: 468K magic xp per hr

Without: 426K magic xp per hr

So a difference of 42K xp per hr for using a Scrimshaw (233K gp per hr) and prayer flasks (16K gp per hr)

So it's an additional cost of about 250K gp per hr for 42K magic xp if you want to use torment + scrimshaw of magic. (He stated that s of m worked better than elements.)

Wearing:

Full void (helm, top, legs, gloves)
Armadyl boots
Dragon Rider Amulet
Red Chinchompas
Offhand Chaotic Crossbow
Royal Bolts
Ava's Alerter
Sixth Age Circuit ring


Using Soul Split without Anguish:

475k ranged xp/hr with no boosts; 570K ranged xp/hr using rhino + raf

Supplies used per hour:

2 overload flasks
2 prayer renewal flasks @ 10, 672 ea = 21,344 gp
7 prayer flasks @ 10,700 ea = 74,900 gp
1250 Red Chinchompas @ 560ea = 700,000 gp
320 royal bolts @ 100 ea = 32,000 gp

Total cost per hr: 828,234

Xp/gp = 828,234 / 475K = 1.74 gp/xp

or 828,234 / 570K = 1.45 gp/xp using rhino + raf


Using Soul Split + Anguish:

500k ranged xp/hr with no boosts; 600K ranged xp/hr using rhino + raf

Supplies used per hour:

2 overload flasks
2 prayer renewal flasks @ 10, 672 ea = 21,344 gp
16 prayer flasks @ 10,700 ea = 171,200 gp
1250 Red Chinchompas @ 560ea = 700,000 gp
320 royal bolts @ 100 ea = 32,000 gp

Total cost per hr: 924,544

Xp/gp = 924,544 / 500K = 1.84 gp/xp
