Re: surge box charges and bind setup issue
Apparently bug was fixed this morning. If box is bound, it is priority setup wield in shield position, regardless if a shield is in the setup. Secondary shield will go into inventory. Main fix is the box has all its charges!

after a conversation with a few, i feel i should post some little tips and tricks for EoC.
*Celestial Catalytic Staff requires no ammo for casting offensive spells
*Hexhunter = ~Sagittarian Longbow but is among the fastest bows in the game
*Shortbows are the ranged equivalent of 2handed weapons of the same tier (Gravecreeper shortbow with prom arrows = Prom 2h weapons)
*Longbows are the ranged equivalent of 1h weapons+shield of the same tier
*because bows are easier to craft than melee weapons, if range isnt your primary style and you have access to the CCS you can just bind arrows and make bows on floors to save a bind slot but still allowing you to tribrid
*if something is weak to a form of a combat style, it is weak to the main style that that branch is connected to
(if its weak to slash, it is weak to melee in general just slash adds a bit more accuracy)
*the ability bar keyboard binds can be set to any key you wish (1-9 is just a template)
*you have access to 5 different ability bars so can set each one to its own style (1 for melee, 1 for mage, 1 for range, etc) to reduce cluttering one bar with everything
*you can switch to each ability bar by using "Shift/Alt/Ctrl" + "the number of the abilitybar you want" (to access bar 2 "shift/alt/ctrl" + "2" )
*you can set which key (shift/alt/ctrl) will switch between ability bars by rightclicking the number on the righthand side of the bar and selecting "customise modifier" on the drop down menu
*almost anything can be put on the bar. quick prayers, runenergy, even the lifepoint indicator next to the minimap so you can cure poison at the touch of a button.
*the ability bar doesnt need to have abilities on it. i tend to put food, teleports, and prayers on it and have the abilitybook open at the style i am using

Dungeoneering ring classes rework:
MELEE
*Tank: Damage is reduced when wearing a shield
% reduction: T1 = 6% T2 = 7% ... T10 = 15%
*Tactician: Increases chance of hitting with one handed weapons
% increase: T1 = 2% T2 = 4% ... T10 = 20%
*Berserker: Increases chance of hitting with two handed weapons
% increase: T1 = 2% T2 = 4% ... T10 = 20%
RANGED
*Sniper: Increase chance of hitting with a bow
% increase: T1 = 2% T2 = 4% ... T10 = 20%
*Keen-eye: Chance of reducing target's defence with ranged attacks
% increase: T1 = 40% T2 = 47% ... T10 = 100%
*Desperado: Increase damage of ranged attacks
% increase: T1 = 11% T2 = 12% ... T10 = 20%
MAGIC
(These seem exactly the same as in the live game just now except with slightly different effects and because i have maxed all 3 and have no resets i will just put in the current values with the EoC descriptions)
*Blazer: Chance of applying the Combust effect on your target
% increase: T1 = 5% T2 = 10% ... T10 = 50%
*Blaster: Chance to slow down your opponents' attack speed
% increase: T1 = 12% T2 = 14% ... T10 = 30%
*Blitzer: Increases chance of casting elemental spells faster
% increase: T1 = 10% T2 = 20% ... T10 = 100%
[So far in the Beta, the combust effect of blazer is only 5 20lp hits on activation which doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things, hopefully it is rebalanced or becomes the 10% damage it is right now in the live game]
SKILLER
(These also seem identical to live game and i have them also maxed so can't confirm percentages)
*Medic: Increases the amount you heal other players
% increase: T1 = 20% T2 = 23% ... T10 = 50%
*Gatherer: Chance of extra resources
% increase: T1 = 20% T2 = 23% ... T10 = 50%
*Artisan: Chance of saving resources and increased rune production
% increase: T1 = 20% T2 = 23% ... T10 = 50%
Runecrafting level increase: T1 = +1 ... T10 = +10
Both artisan and gatherer reduce skill task damage by the percentage amount they save and obtain resources respectively

yeah having a level 45 defence requirement to wield and only a level 5 slayer requirement to obtain, the GPB is probably not going to be the desirable accuracy booster it is now.
having said that, the bloodnecklace doesn't have any combat requirement just slayer and that is still very desirable so maybe the GPB will have a passive effect added or its stats or its drop rate increased to compensate

Also, an action bar for bosses will be helpful too, but I can't remember most of the recommended abilities for that one******;
You need PGT/PGT Tele/GGS Tele/Freedom in all of your action bars, the rest should be combat abilities (Surge is also helpful, but not as much for kabde).
