Could he perhaps share the data he compiled, and the method and program or template he used to make it so that others could continue to?

This Friends Chat surely has changed quality in terms of service. The FC has served the function to PC rares for years now. It is quite straightforward that people who have used the fc for years would still come by and ask for PC's without knowing that policy have changed.

This has been changed to a kick-on-sight policy for whoever asks for PC's for rares. People should at least be given a fair warning that the Friends Chat has changed policy (especially after having worked that way for years) before people get kicked out.

I can't recommend this FC anymore, very rude service.

Why should using a friends chat be any different? I mean, if I was going somewhere in real life I hadn't been in a while (or been before at all), I'd make sure to do a little reading to make sure I was as familiar with the area as much as possible before stepping foot there. Maybe I come from a different time where doing your research was common sense. But as they say, sometimes common sense isn't so common. Regardless, the rules thread has still been here for years.

We've gone through a lot of changes of what we pc and how we pc over the years, so people should be susceptible to change already. Again, its only a temporary kick. They've had 6 months to get used to this.

Thank you for the Yelp review. It has been added to the feedback backlog. In the mean time, the last few months we've had the FC title listed as some variation of no items over max. I've also quoted my post from the previous page which may serve as some use to you.

If you want to ask Jagex for some enhancement request that allows friend and clan chats to have a "welcome message" longer than 12 characters every time we enter the FC, I suggest you post that to Social Media. They clearly aren't keen on re-writing the code to allow the Grand Exchange to accept other currencies, or adjusting the code to 64bit, so we have to make due we what we have.
