Starting today all items over the price of 100m will be rounded to the nearest mill. Instant buys and non-instant sells are rounded up, while instant sells and non-instant buys are rounded down! Because the change is rather new please don't get angry/annoyed when pcer rounds differently, just inform in the fc so that more people are aware of the change.

It may take some getting used to, but ultimately, I think this'll make rounding easier. Guest in the cc [Clan Quark] for all off topic chat.

If you're talking about the fc, [r quark], simply join ingame as you would any other fc.

If you're talking about the clan [Clan Quark], guest in the cc, and ask for an invite.

Normally, an s price is conflicted by selling lower and a b price is conflicted by selling higher, but...

Can a nis sell report be conflicted by having a lower sell over in for longer?

For example, if someone said "nis rsh 750", and I had a sell offer in for 749, could I conflict?

Because the lower sell offer would have to be filled first on the GE, right? Guest in the cc [Clan Quark] for all off topic chat.

Ummmm... you already answered your own question, so I assume this was meant to be a joke?

INB/NIS reports are conflicted by an unfilled higher purchase offer or lower sale offer.
INS/NIB reports are conflicted by an unfilled higher purchase offer or lower sale offer.

Something that'll be brought up at this weekend's rank session. The current state just isn't working. May go with something else, or remove them entirely. All options are on the table.
