Tonight's meeting had some nice discussion, focused around the particular process of growth and trimming the fat.

Recap:

- The senate in general was discussed, with an emphasis placed on the need for finding a new Princeps Senatus to ensure that senate meetings were still happening regularly. Additionally, a few other positions were discussed that will likely need to be addressed going forward in response to recent trends.

- Events and recruitment integration was also discussed. This includes focusing on hotspots in Menaphos, Burthrope around reset, and in world 60 and populated worlds. The idea of the ugly costume contest and other attractive events were brought up as well to help attract new members.

- The final topic discussed pertained to the "trimming the fat" on the clan member's list, which has been on the to-do list for some time now. A members' list sweep will be occurring within the next week, starting with members on the list that have not earned any denarius and have not been active in over a month. This first step is the easiest way to trim some fat, after this the criteria for those that will be swept will be more in-depth.
