-- Meeting Recap for 6/27/17 --

After tonight's meeting was filled with a few interruptions courtesy of my doorbell, a few good things came out of it with a nice amount of discussion being had.


Recap:
- The recent increase in events being held and the successful events held by SidInsane were discussed, showing encouraging signs of getting more consistent attendance. Sid will be holding another event on Sunday, Pest Control at 9 PM EST time.

-It was brought to my attention by Angemima that the Clan Loan system thread has somehow been deleted from the clan forum and as a result needs to be completely rewritten. I will aim to have this done sometime in July.

-We also discussed the recent inactivity of mine, which in large part is not acceptable and I apologize for being on so sparingly. I have been working quite a bit recently and when not working, studying for my PCAT exam on July 18th. Due to this, I’ve really only been able to get on after work, afk while studying for a bit, then go to bed. This will change soon.

-It was also brought to my attention that we need to do something about the build-tick, such as moving it to Sunday to allow for goals to be set upon reset. There was some discussion about the current Free-For-All style that capping right after reset has, and I think it is time for us to move the tick to allow for goals to be set upon reset.

next Thursday (July 13th) at 9pm Est. There will be four rounds, Three normal rounds, and one final. The prizes will be 5mill for the first three rounds and 15 mill to 25mill for the final round depending on attendance. I will be hiding on the final round. I decided to also implement a new incentive for hiders for this event. When the hider is found by a seeker, the seeker will receive the round prize in whole, but depending on the time the hider even though found will still win some gp. For example if we play 10 minute rounds roughly, when the hider is found with 6 minutes left on the round clock I will award the hider with 2mill. Every two minutes not found it will award the hider 1 mill per, so if not found for the whole round the hider will earn 5mill in total (10minutes). This will be a beta run if the attendance is amazing ill keep running this event every thursday at 9pm est. Thank you

-- Meeting Recap for 7/11/2017 --

Tonight's meeting was fairly compact and had quite a nice turnout, hopefully getting us back on the trend of having the meeting every week.

Recap:
- A new Quaestor Superior has been named, with MrDalton taking up that position. This means that Dalton will now be in charge of setting citadel goals/upgrades, general citadel maintenance, among other things.

- The member's guide was discussed, with a reminder to all new members that they must acknoweldge this guide in order to be eligible to receive their first promotion. Additionally, others were encouraged to look at the guide in order to check on their ranking progress and become familiar with the ranking system.

- I have been pleased with the events that have been hosted over the past week, some such events were hosted by SidInsane, Miss Hana, Elijvh, and Xexcalibur. Hopefully this actiivty continues and members were encouraged to check the discord for updates on when events would be held.

- Dalton announced that his first citadel upgrade he is scheduling will be for the avatar habitat . Upon upgrading this, we will then have two clan avatars, allowing for two to be out at one time.
